Saint-Denis-De La Bouteillerie – 15-year-old Charles Henri Garon has no hesitation about his future: He wants to cultivate the land, already finding himself in charge of the Ferme Garondale silage field belonging to his parents in Saint-Denis-De La. Bouteillerie is in Bas-Saint-Laurent.
I love driving tractors and working in teams. We are currently three people on the field. I make silage and the other two carry the silage boxes to the farm. Fun!

Alain Garon’s two sons are not at their first corn silage harvest. Their father says they are both excellent drivers. The youngest, Charles Henri, started driving the Gator, a small electric vehicle for children, around the age of three. “Suddenly he parked backwards cramp Wheels on the steering wheel with one hand. That’s when we knew it would be good! So whether it’s the lawn tractor or the steering wheel we give it, it’s always good. It’s in his blood. And he’s not excited. “He doesn’t go very fast and takes time for the tractor engine to warm up,” his father comments.
